From 2014 to 2022, Taiwanese artist Yan PengChun has collected a large number of landscapes with surreal symbols through photography, and each of these seemingly ordinary images has an incomprehensible ambiguity.

Yan PengChun collects these images, compiles them into big cosmic phenomena in small daily life, uses everyday symbols to correspond the information of time and space, and conducts philosophical reflections on daily things. Then, in the form of photography, these graphic symbols with surreal elements are displayed in the exhibition, interpreting personal reflections on the infinite universe and all things in daily life.

Born in Taipei on September 15, 1975, a video worker is also a video creator. Currently engaged in image creation and illustrative design.
He likes to use photography and video as a creative medium to explore new life landscapes based on his own life experiences. He has held numerous exhibitions at home and abroad.

His series “After the World” won second place in the Landscape category at the 2015 Sony World Photography Awards Professional Competition.
His series of works “Theater” and “Blurry Scenery” also won gold and silver awards at the National Art Exhibition.
