William Ropp is a French photographer with a unique style.  His is also known as “the shadow sculptor”.  He places his subjects in complete darkness and takes photographs by using long exposures.  With a flashlight he starts “painting”.  His subjects are often children.  The pictures get a mysterious and sometimes haunting feel to them.
