HEE, Siow-Way is an emerging photographer living in New Taipei City. She received her phD in Molecular Medicine, National Taiwan University.  Her works 「The vessel that blossoms」 had ever exhibited at the Tokyo University of the Art in 2018 as one of artists for the project of “Taiwan Photography Now〈Inside / Outside〉curated by Dr. Edward Chiu.

Siow-Way uses her body as a vessel for flowers to convey the connection between human and nature.  Through their active and passive states, the presence of the artist’s emotions in this work allows the flowers to not just be a simple natural being but bestow a deeper correlation between them.
